To prepare, monitor and enforce all Safety, Process Safety Management (PSM), Health and Environment policies, rules and regulations necessary to ensure compliance with Company strategy, external requirements and sound utility practices.
To ensure that the Company organization has sufficient tools to meet its Safety and Health objectives and the staff are fully trained and qualified to carry out their duties.
To handle other initiatives supporting such as site access control, Safety & Health training for operations and maintenance staff, safety at work inspections, etc.
To support committees involving government required to prepare and present material to the committees as well as conducting yourself at the highest professional levels.
Execute and control Safety, Health and Security Programs with all applicable regulations and standards.
Conduct safety audits, and risk assessments to identify and recommend corrective actions.
Support Incident Prevention and Monitor safety performance indicators, investigate incidents, to strengthen operational safety and security.
Promote Safety Awareness to build a culture of safety and security among all employees and contractors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety
At least 8 years experiences in Safety and Health Management, Experience in power plant, petrochemical or heavy industry is preferable.
Experience in Process Safety Management and contractor supervision.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Analytical and systematic thinking
